We can provide countless references on a request but to be honest, our reputation in the field for the asbestos removal speaks for itself. We have a reputation of working with the best-known agents and homeowners who have various concerns about suspected asbestos in the homes. The first step we take is identifying the threat and recommend what needs to be done. It is important to note that even if it turns out to be asbestos, the removal may not be necessary. Among the most common materials that are tested is the Artex/ the textured coating.
This will mainly involve sampling to find out whether the asbestos is present. We have been called on to the look at best course action for the asbestos garage roof as well as asbestos sheds, panelling to the boiler cupboards and airing the cupboards, water tanks, and the cement flue pipes. If you want to refurbish or even demolish a commercial or the domestic property, you should understand that you could potentially be exposing the people who are carrying out work to asbestos. We carry the surveys for the asbestos for the building surveyors, builders, the property managers, shopfitters among others where the works are planned.
From here, we can implement the necessary remediation that is needed to allow the project to continue on the schedule. It is essential to factor this into your programme. Our clients have always rated our work positively. We have a reputation of carrying out the work very diligently on time as well as at a reasonable cost and site is left super clean. We also carry out the collection and the disposal of asbestos material which has already been removed.
We have highly experienced personnel who work under optimum conditions. We are proud to serve commercial, industrial and municipal clients with the unique environmental issues along with the many private property owners. The references can be provided upon request. Here are some of our clients:
