ARCA Asbestos Training – a Legal Requirement
Due to the hazardous nature of asbestos, the government regulates who can carry out asbestos removal. Because of this, it is a legal requirement for any company to make its supervisors undergo specialized asbestos removal training before it could provide asbestos removal services. The primary reason for this requirement is to ensure that the workers follow the safety procedures laid down to guarantee their safety and people around the asbestos-laden environment.
In support of the regulation by the government, ARCA (Asbestos Removal Contractors Association) partners with ATaC (Asbestos Testing and Consultancy) to offer different asbestos training courses to guide the asbestos removal companies through professional training to contract managers, supervisors and operatives.
